November 11th: Setup Day for exhibitors. From 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., you can set up your booth. This area will be closed to guests. Booths come with power and a network.
November 12th-13th: Exhibitor Hall is open to guests from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on the 12th and 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. on the 13th.

Submit a session
We invite our valued sponsors to elevate their presence at ACOT by presenting engaging and informative sessions. This is your opportunity to showcase your expertise by sharing best practices, real-world experiences, or hands-on demonstrations that provide tangible value to our attendees. Sessions should focus on education and insight, free from sales pitches, to truly resonate with our audience. The more impactful and informative your session, the more likely attendees will be inspired to visit your booth to learn more about your solutions and services. Additionally, we encourage guests to submit session proposals as well! If your session is chosen, you will receive a complimentary pass to the main conference as our way of thanking you for contributing to the success of ACOT. Starting this year, all sessions at ACOT will be livestreamed and recorded, providing even greater visibility for presenters. Each room will feature a 75" or larger display and a Windows 10 laptop equipped with Microsoft Office. A dedicated ACOT staff member will be present in each room to facilitate the livestream. We are utilizing motion-tracing cameras and HDMI pass-through devices, ensuring that both the presenter and their presentation laptop have separate feeds within the livestream and recording. All attendees, whether in person or online, will have access to these recordings and livestreams via our attendee hub, maximizing engagement and reach for every session.
