January 27-28 2016 Conference
Our first conference was a HUGE success. We had 19 vendors present who brought a slew of partners. Overall we had 165 individuals representing 110 school districts. Counting vendors we had 235 in attendance. If my memory serves me correctly, everyone came by and shook my hand to tell me what they thought. Thank you every one that was involved!
October 19-21 2016 Conference
Our first annual conference was another great success. We had 35 vendors present who brought several partners. We had over 200 individuals from schools present representing 108 school districts. Our head count peaked 270 on Thursday overall.
October 18-20 2017 Conference
Our second annual conference was a HUGE success. We have 37 vendors present as well as countless partners. We had 202 individuals representing 136 schools. Our head count with vendors peaked at 350 on Thursday. It was exciting to see everyone present.
October 17-19 2018 Conference
Our third annual conference was a great success. We had the pleasure of hosting #46 Arkansas Governor Asa Hutchinson and CEO of CoSN Keith Krueger. We had 65 1-hour sessions and 8 full day sessions. In our attendance was 203 guest 2 from private sector, 3 from colleges and 198 representing 138 schools and COOPs in the state. With vendors, our total attendance was 350 on Thursday. Thanks to all who helped and attended.
October 15-18 2019 Conference
Our 4th annual conference was better than ever. There were some major changes over previous years. We started advertising in 9 states, changed the venue's orientation, and added an official App for both iTunes and Google play. We hosted 245 guest over 4 days. Our guest were from 149 school districts, COOPs, colleges, and public libraries across 8 states. With our exhibitors we hit a peak of 420 guest on Thursday making this the most attended ACOT to date. October 20-23 2020 Conference
Our 5th annual event was a Digital one thanks to COVID-19. Our 2020 sponsors did an amazing job, hosting more sessions than ever before. Without physical limitations, presenters were able to teach from all over the world. We had 108 guests from 78 school districts.
