November 4-7 2025
ACOT 2025 was just as exciting as ever. This was our first year to livestream all of our sessions and have a completely digital option for attending the event. We had 348 guests from across the board. Representing 222 organizations. We had a total of 694 people present on Thursday! We had a strong emphasis on Cybersecurity and AI.
November 11-15 2024
ACOT 2024 was action-packed and exciting! Our overall attendance was up each day of the event compared to our 2023 event. We had 92 1-hour sessions. We had 343 guests from K-12, College, Public Libraries, and Municipalities. Our peak attendance was 662 on Thursday!
November 6-10 2023
ACOT 2023 was the most successful yet! Our overall attendance was up 20%-30% each day of the event. We had a record-breaking 91 1-hour sessions with an excellent keynote by Keith Krueger (CEO of CoSN). We had 333 guests from K-12, College, Public Libraries, and Municipalities. Our peak attendance was 588 on Thursday!
October 18-21 2022
ACOT 2022 was another resounding success. We had the highest number of people staying all four days of the event than ever not to mention our record breaking 89 1-hour sessions and inspiring keynote. This was our second year at the Embassy Suites in Little Rock. We had 295 guests from 149 k-12 districts with a few from Arkansas colleges. We also had a good number of attendees from other states. Our peak attendance was 549 on Thursday!
November 2-5 2021 Conference
ACOT 2021 was in-person with some hybrid sessions. We set new attendance records all four days of the event. This was our first event at the Embassy Suites in Little Rock. We had 289 guests from 168 k-12 districts with a few from the colleges. Our peak attendance was 508 on Thursday.
October 20-23 2020 Conference
ACOT 2020 was a Digital one thanks to COVID-19. Our 2020 sponsors did an amazing job, hosting more sessions than ever before. Without physical limitations, presenters were able to teach from all over the world. We had 108 guests from 78 school districts.
October 15-18 2019 Conference
ACOT 2019 was better than ever. There were some major changes over previous years. We started advertising in 9 states, changed the venue's orientation, and added an official App for both iTunes and Google play. We hosted 245 guest over 4 days. Our guest were from 149 school districts, COOPs, colleges, and public libraries across 8 states. With our exhibitors we hit a peak of 420 guest on Thursday making this the most attended ACOT to date. October 17-19 2018 Conference
ACOT 2018 was a great success. We had the pleasure of hosting #46 Arkansas Governor Asa Hutchinson and CEO of CoSN Keith Krueger. We had 65 1-hour sessions and 8 full day sessions. In our attendance was 203 guest 2 from private sector, 3 from colleges and 198 representing 138 schools and COOPs in the state. With vendors, our total attendance was 350 on Thursday. Thanks to all who helped and attended.
October 18-20 2017 Conference
ACOT 17 was a HUGE success. We have 37 vendors present as well as countless partners. We had 202 individuals representing 136 schools. Our head count with vendors peaked at 350 on Thursday. It was exciting to see everyone present.
October 19-21 2016 Conference
ACOT 16 was another great success. We had 35 vendors present who brought several partners. We had over 200 individuals from schools present representing 108 school districts. Our head count peaked 270 on Thursday overall.
January 27-28 2016 Conference
Our first test conference was a HUGE success. We had 19 vendors present who brought a slew of partners. Overall we had 165 individuals representing 110 school districts. Counting vendors we had 235 in attendance. If my memory serves me correctly, everyone came by and shook my hand to tell me what they thought. Thank you every one that was involved!
