Please note, to cover CoSN guest speakers, we have had to raise booth cost by $100.
1. Vendors’ registration includes:
Vendors’ logo on all mail/email advertising as well as the website.
2. Vendor Spaces Available:
6x6 booth ($900)
12x6 booth ($1,800)
3. There will be a vendor cap, so please register early. 4. Vendors will get plenty of time to meet and greet guest. 5. Vendors will not get a list of attendees, but will receive a list of schools attending. 6. Vendors cannot participate in receiving giveaways. 7. Vendors are encouraged to teach breakout sessions that are not sales pitches. Session times are available in 1hr and full day blocks. 8. Each booth will come with power, a skirted table, two chairs, and 2 goodie items.
To Complete Registration: I will need your logo, description of classes. Within a month of the conference I will send you a name tag registration link for your team.
Great news, we take credit cards! When you are billed you will have the ability to pay through the email you receive.
Mail out waves: I will be mailing and emailing school districts as part of my advertising campaign. August 1st Email + Mail August 30th Email + Mail September 20th Email + Mail October 4th Email
Classrooms will have a projector and laptop in each room as well as a presentation clicker. The laptops will run off wifi. We will hard-wire laptops in rooms that have drops.
REMEMBER I don’t mind 5-10 min sales discussion, but keep classes educational. The purpose of the class is to share information. Your willingness to share will encourage sales discussions at your booth.
